Tessa Turns Two

I remember the thought of a two year old being so far away in my mind. Yet, here we are today, Ms. Tessa turns two.

Here's my Momma getting all the food ready for the big shin dig. I'm incredibly grateful for all of her help, always!

Our two year old (gah!) asked for a horse party so she was lucky enough to even get a horse dress and cowboy boots.

I am so proud of myself - I baked this cake from scratch!

Some family snapshots before the guests arrive...

And let the party begin!

We don't have a small house but it's not large by any means. Our family can fill it up quickly!

She was just amazed that everyone was singing Happy Birthday... to her!

Oh, the gifts! She was showered with gifts!

Checking out some neat thing with her Grandpa.

And showing her artwork off to Grandpapa.

The inspiration of her party.
My Dad owns a farm where she visits almost weekly so she loves horses, especially her Archie.

Meet The Author

I’m Stephanie, the mind and Momma behind The Heirloom Family. I created this blog as a way to capture the magic of our family and the beauty of every day slow and simple living. I also hope it serves as an inspiration to you as well.

Nestled in our little corner of the Earth in Western New York, I am lucky enough to share my home with my husband and our daughter, along with 4 cheerful cats.

We strive for a wholesome life, one that is slow and steady. I want to breathe it in, this time we have, and I might just be lucky enough to see the magic in it all.

There are so many things in life that I love – nature. crochet. photography. gardening. cooking. faith. honey. reading. sunsets and sunrises. flowers. ballet. enchantment.
