Rain in the Garden

This season has been surprising in that we've had enough rain not to have to water the garden by hand (such a relief). Though, when it does rain, it pours!

In this family, that usually means it's a perfect time run outside and play.

And pull out the extra large beach umbrellas.

This is my favorite kind of weather.

Overcast skies, comfortably warm with rain drops.

My favorite kind of day to spend in the garden.
