I was very interested in adding morning glories to our backyard after conjuring up a memory of having them on our gate growing up. I remembered how magical it was that they opened in the morning with the Sun.
It wasn't easy to find them, along with moon flowers which are equally fascinating. When I did find them I only picked up of of each and thankfully I did because these guys stretch and grow!
Their almost translucent petals glow in the morning sunshine right outside our kitchen window.
All three of us enjoy the smile we get every morning when we can peek out and see how many more blooms opened.
And the best of all, Tessa got a letter from her teacher at the Waldorf School and wouldn't you know, her room is called the Morning Glory Room.
